Meet the team
PAL Hawaiʻi was founded by passionate real estate agents who couldn’t find affordable options for local buyers so they decided to build them themselves. They formed Neighborhood Housing Community Development Corporation, a 501(C)(3) nonprofit, in 2018. Today, we operate under the DBA of PAL Hawaiʻi — Permanently Affordable Living — with a powerful Board, Team, and Advisory Board working together to solve the housing affordability crisis in Hawaiʻi.
