Projects
We construct, acquire, and manage affordable communities across the islands, offering three permanently affordable living pathways: (1) Rental Housing, (2) Fee Simple Homeownership, and (3) Leasehold Homeownership via our Hoʻomaluhia Community Land Trust. Our projects serve households earning up to 120% Area Median Income (AMI), with priority and preference to local, multigenerational families.
