The Kauhale O Namahana project will include 11 single-family homes located across from the Kīlauea Post Office with mountain and ocean views. This project is being co-developed with Kaua’i Habitat for Humanity, who will build six homes for households at 80% AMI and below. Those homes will include 2bed/1bath or 3bed/2bath. PAL Construction will build five homes for households at 120% AMI and below. Those homes will include 2bed/1bath, 3bed/2bath, 4bed/2bath, or 5bed/2bath.
