Hoʻomaluhia Community Land Trust (HCLT)
Need $626k by May 1st to place five units from Kauhale O Namahana into the HCLT.
We have begun fundraising to place 19 of our units from various projects across the island under development into the HCLT. By retaining ownership of the land and only selling the house leasehold, we can ensure these units stay affordable in perpetuity. This model creates a more affordable leasehold homeownership option, keeps housing units in the affordability stock, and ensures the donations invested in building the homes make an impact for generations.
The first round of fundraising will be to place five units from Kauhale O Namahana into the HCLT. We need to raise $626k by May 1st. Learn more.
